"The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and facilities were subpar. Throughout the day, I was constantly disturbed by construction and machinery noises coming from the first floor, as the hotel decided to undertake renovation work without prior notice. I have a video to corroborate this. The breakfast was also disappointing; it was not fresh and lacked quality i have attached the breakfast photo and what ever you see in the photo is the only breakfast you get nothing more or less every day. Although breakfast hours were supposed to be from 8 to 11 AM, the breakfast area was never open at 8 AM. I had to wait outside until 8:15 or 8:20 AM. When I finally entered at 8:20, the tables were still cluttered with used plates from the previous night, and the staff only cleaned them in the morning. By the time I could have my breakfast, it was almost 9 AM. i have attached the photo where you can see staff is cleaning the table for the left over from last night During one night, the lights went out on the third floor. I reported this to the reception, but the staff member had no idea what I was trying to explain. I had to bring them to the third floor to show that there was no light. They opened the electrical panel but still had no clue how to fix the issue. I ended up troubleshooting the electrical panel myself, turning off all the switches and then switching them back on one by one until the problem was resolved. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I will never stay at this hotel again."

"We booked for 1 night and ended up staying 3 more days. The welcome, the location, the staff, the meals, the magnificent view, the room. Everything was perfect. We received excellent advice on how to explore this city from Ms. Zineb. A hotel not to be missed for a successful stay. Laila and Adrian"

"This is a lovely traditional Riad in the nicest section of Safi. With friendly staff, a very pleasant breakfast, a delightful roof terrace and a comfy room, this is clearly one of the most desirable places to stay in this city, although I fear there is a low bar here in this respect. The riad is at the bottom of the interesting (and reasonably priced) market, and is easy to find, if you ask a local for help. We slept well in the beds and enjoyed the peace the residence provided, but we were not given the room we booked (two singles, instead of a double), the toilet paper was on the cheap end of the spectrum, and the wifi was a bit sketchy. I would recommend staying here despite these small issues, and I would return if I ever go back to Safi. Which I will not."

"An absolutely beautiful hotel. The design compliments the surrounding area. The infinity pool spills into the ocean view ! The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The food is superb and very fresh. The service was personable. Thank you Samira and Rasheed for such hospitality. The Villa offers extra activities and we had an amazing experience renting quad bikes A 4 star hotel that we would highly recommend and will return."
