However, there was a construction site around the room, which was very noisy and did not quiet down until 8 o'clock in the evening. There was no microwave, so you had to give the food to the front desk to heat it up. There was no drinking water or coffee machine in the lobby, which was not as good as other average hotels. There was no business around the hotel, which was very inconvenient. The nearest supermarket was more than 400 meters away. I had no choice but to choose this hotel, and the accommodation experience was very poor.

The location is some distance from Saga Station, and a taxi from the JR station costs about 1,000 yen. If you walk, it takes about 20 minutes and you will pass through China Town. There are many restaurants and coffee shops on the road. Diagonally across from the hotel is Tamaya (a long-established department store in Saga), but this road is extremely quiet and the Japanese-style rooms have a very nice mood. But the area is really too small. After making the bed at night, there is basically no place to stand. On the first day of check-in, the hotel may have many guests, but something ”bad” happened. First, the toilet in the bathroom was not wiped clean. The waiter came to apologize sincerely and moved us to another room. Then we went downstairs for dinner, but when we came up, they should have made the bed while we were dining, but maybe there was not enough service staff. , the bed was not made. But fortunately they were all resolved in time. The proprietress of the hotel is very elegant. There is a service staff at the front desk who is very good in Chinese, Japanese and English. There is no problem in communication. We stayed for two consecutive days, and they specially prepared different contents for dinner so as not to eat the same thing two days. This is very thoughtful. If you come to Saga and want to try a quiet family hotel, but don’t have time to go to the mountains in the countryside, then this one is highly recommended.

This hotel is the designated hotel of Spring Airlines, and all Spring Airlines packages are stayed here. The location is very good, just two roads away from Saga JR Station and only a 5-minute walk away. You can only check in at 4pm. This is the most crowded time and you need to queue up. The clerk's English is ok and can communicate in English. Guests are provided with a free cup of Costa coffee, which can be picked up in the lobby. The hotel room is small but very clean. The non-smoking room has been booked, and the smoking room has been booked intelligently. The corridor smells of smoke. There is a large bath on the second floor, but I didn't try it. Disadvantages: The network is very poor. It is basically impossible to connect at night. The speed is only a few kbps. It relies on direct 5G roaming on mobile phones.

They only provide 1,000 meal coupons for eating out, and specify 4 restaurants. It's quite troublesome to find them. The floor of the large bathhouse is not clean either.

The hotel is about 100 meters from ”Saga Station”, which is easy to find. It has 14 floors in total, and you can take the elevator upstairs by swiping your card. The room is only 15 square meters with two small beds. Sanitation is cleaned once every 4 days. Usually, you change your towels and put the garbage outside the door. The cleaning staff will take it away in the morning and put a set of clean towels. The breakfast is actually simple, and the staff is reluctant to put too many slightly better foods. I think it is important thing if you forgot to bring electric plug for Japanese type. And I thought, it is important, it is best taste when you eat bread and breakfast meal. I wish to come back this hotel next time
