"Terrible experience, i booked 2 super deluxe rooms but they standard rooms. After much argument they shifted us to super deluxe. Breakfast was not served even when it is included in our tarriff. Room service was worst. Toilet seats were stinking and were not cleaned at all. Comforter given were torn. Nobody from room service came to shift the lagguage despite of multiple request."
