I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was so poorly managed that I feel compelled to share it. From the moment of booking, the problems began. There was confusion around the room rates I had reserved,and to compensate that they tried to give us Rs 10000 discount and an upgrade to the room. The staff at the front desk seemed unsure and disorganized, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. The most unbelievable part of the experience was during dinner at the hotel restaurant. Several waiters were openly eating at the service counter while guests were still waiting to be attended to. It was not only unprofessional but also unhygienic. To make matters worse, when my avocado toast finally arrived, there was a fly sitting right on top of it. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay turned into a frustrating series of disappointments. This hotel has potential, but without proper management and training, it falls far short of even basic hospitality standards. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to others. EVEN AFTER CALLING MR GAURAV MULTIPLE TIMES HE HAS NOT ADDED MY NIGHTS TO OBEROI ONE LOYALTY CARD.
