This newly built 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home steps from the beach was designed with luxury coastal lifestyle as its beacon and the layout emphasizes the beachie vacation vibe this area offers. Secondary Living room upstairs opens up to a large deck with expansive views of the marsh, ocean, river and downtown.
