This circa 1900 2-bedroom cottage boasts historic allure, original claw foot tub in the one bathroom, lovingly updated with modern and tasteful furnishings. A mere five-minute stroll through the neighborhood leads to the renowned Castillo De San Marcos and the Historic St. George Street in the "Colonial Quarter." Gorgeous beaches are just a brief drive away. It's exceptionally clean and well-kept. Situated a stone's throw from downtown attractions, it's perfect for friends, couples, or small families eager to forge unforgettable memories in historic Saint Augustine, Florida. The property is fully furnished, complete with a fenced yard for pets. Both bedrooms feature Queen beds, ideal for resting before the next day's escapades, and come with all linens provided. Have an extra guest? An air mattress is available. The kitchen is stocked with all essential cookware and utensils for meal preparation. If you'd rather not cook, step outside and discover a plethora of dining options at your doorstep. The finest eateries are just minutes away on foot due to our prime location. Wedding venues are conveniently nearby. Unrestricted street parking is available right in front of the cottage on a first-come, first-served basis, but finding a spot is seldom an issue. In the rare event it's taken, there's plenty of other parking on the street. Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* $200 If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees! Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!** The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
