The location and view are fantastic. The only thing would have been for the restaurant to be open foe dinner and breakfast. It was part of our stay which we understand. Very beautiful

An aging property, that has all it needs to be outstanding, but where maintenance is pinching pennies. Broken down equipment pretty much everywhere (gym, spa, EV charger, ice machine, in-room fridge, sink, etc).
Staff clearly tries to do their best, but you can tell someone is squeezing this property for every cent.
Works as a venue, for a team party or whatever, basic rooms look renovated, suites are 20 years old at least.
Did not eat there, cannot speak to the food. The restaurant did look inviting.

We had a Véry good service and able to get an upgrade with fire place. This was fantastic. Our room was ready earlier. This relax stay was exactly what we needed. Amazing welcoming front desk with vaste service. We got mountain view room. Nice hot tub outside with pool inside. nice walk around the lake and the hotel. Thanks for this Véry nice stay. We Will go black.

It's a comfortable hotel but it was full of teens on ski/hockey group trips. It can use a refresh and maybe a focus on their other clients.

Check in was quick and easy. Reception staff were excellent throughout stay. Rooms were clean and we really appreciated the mini fridge, microwave and sink in our room. Balcony was functional with excellent view.
Pool was unfortunately poorly maintained- outdoor hot tub was cloudy and had a bad smell and the indoor hot tub made my skin itch. We didn’t use these again after our first attempt which was a bit frustrating as they were a big reason we paid to stay here. Reception staff did acknowledge issues with the pools and stated they were being addressed.

The view and the site is beautiful. They are currently making some renovations so i think the rooms will improve. For now it is old and this is why i rate it average. For sure, if the hotel get TLC it will increase the rating.

Great place!
Great place! The room was renovated, and super clean! They had indoor and out door hot tubs which were great, indoor sauna, and groomed xc ski trails on property.

The front desk staff were so helpful as we were a few families that wanted to be together and they made sure we were close by! They were very nice about our request and very welcoming !
