Excellent customer service. Very impressed with the rain forest dome and beautiful flowers. Enjoyed viewing the wildlife photographer of the year contestant photos. 2 of our party had mobility issues and by the end of the day would have had trouble walking back to the car. Information desk arranged for a buggy to collect us and take us back to the entrance - thank you Kev for the lift and sharing your journey as a volunteer with the Eden project.

If you want a possible bad night sleep, find out that there is only one shower and 2 toilets between 50 glampers, than this is the place. You also can get the curtosy to pay 150 for a night. Well it is in the nature and kind of outdoori. But glamping is it not. Breakfast was ok but if you have any allergies then it is not the place. Tried the airstreamer and it was spacious, but the story ends there. Double bed cheap and you could feel every spring in the mattdress with winter duvees. Well it was cool if you have a need to be a bit outdooree and in touch with nature but its a pretty expensive one. Stay in the care or in a tent. Probably better. Ps you can hear every talk, snor and cough in the whole glamping area. Enjoy. And not forget to take a towel with you as that is not in for the 150

What is wrong with the people that work at this place arrived and asked an attendant do you know where the Ev chargers are to be told yes I know where they are followed by silence, we then have to ask well can can you tell us where they are, what a *****, when we got onside found a fairly run down place with a roof that leaks like a sieve (it was raining) After a fairly dissatisfied visit when asking about the transport back to the car park, one of our party is disabled we were given general but pretty crap directions, we then came across another member of staff and asked where we could get the buggy back to the car park, and this guy just grunted and pointed in a general direction, for christ’s sake sort out the miserable “ I don’t want to work here but have no other option staff” what a disappointment and I won’t even get into how much this place costs. Don’t bother coming to this place overrated, overpriced and staffed by the most miserable bastards you have ever met.

Lovely comfy bed (we slept like logs) , spacious bell tent with electric light and USB charger, useful and welcoming hub. What a lovely place to stay and relax after watching Paulo Nutini. Even the sun was shining. We had breakfast outside then next morning.

Amazing experience with my friends and had great fun in the fields, the only problem is the tents and pods get cold at night but other than that it was great, definitely recommend as a school trip aswell, the gift shop is also incredible!!! Xxx

We’ve just got back from our first ever glamping experience and it was absolutely amazing!! Before arriving I searched all over the net to try and find out what facilities there was, what the ground conditions were like etc.. but didn’t seem to come across any real useful information so thought I’d leave my honest opinion! To start with I just want to mention how amazing the staff were and how easy check-in was, to ordering our evening meal and the continental breakfast, couldn’t fault any of it. We decided to stay in a Bell tent, our tent was in the ‘lower field’ all accommodation in the lower field are on hard standing ground, all of the airstream buses and probably half if not more of the Bell tents are in the lower field, the toilet/shower block was a short walk away with 2 showers and 2 toilets, along with one toilet next to the reception/kitchen/cafe area, this all being less than a minute walk away. The car park was also right next to this for the lower field accommodation. The kitchen had plenty of fridges/freezer/kettles/hobs/microwave along with pots/pan and other cooking utensils. So very easy to bring your own food, cook and store there if you label them (labels provided). The evening food menu was mainly burgers and pizzas, also nachos and chips on the menu, which was very delicious! (Dessert too which we didn’t try) The bar also served soft and alcoholic drinks. The continental breakfast we was also very happy with! When arriving into our Bell tent we was presently surprised, it was clean and tidy, we was given a bag of wood and equipment to start the wood burner and also a box of wood again with fire starters for the outside fire pit! Extra can be purchased in reception but we didn’t need to for one night. There is one usb port in the tent, but plenty of plugs in the reception/cafe sitting area if needing to charge phones etc.. We had a walk up to to Top field, this was on a grassy slope, all the land pods were in the field, along with more Bell tents at the very top and the wild camping was along the bottom. The toilet/shower block was at the bottom of this field which I think had 3 showers and 2 toilets and a small washing up area, the distance from the Bell tents to the toilet/shower block seemed further than the Lower field ones. I could imagine in wet conditions this field gets quite muddy, the carpark was to the side so more of a walk to bring luggage to your accommodation. Overall I would 100% recommend staying at the Yha Eden project, my children didn’t want to leave! Perfect place for a little get away, we will definitely be returning!

Aimee and Beth were my hosts for the night and the morning of my one night stay with my daughter. They was so helpful and very friendly people, can't a single fault with my stay as we didn't want to leave but we will surely be returning for a longer trip. We stayed in one of the tents with a log burner and beds, the beds were super comfy and the fire kept the tent warm until we awoke which was a pretty fresh morning but these are the joys of camping. If your an outdoors person who loves a few home comforts then this is the ideal place for a nice camping trip.

If you are going to the Eden Project and what to stay somewhere different then this is the place for you. It is in close reach of the Eden Project and has a great view over the surrounding countryside. I stayed in a Landed which had no facilities as such but there was a fire pit on which I could have had a bbq. The only thing that did not co-operate was the weather. But I was very dry even in the downpour. You can get food and drink at the main reception.

We hired an airstream caravan for us & landpod for our teens for the week. Despite some changeable weather, we had an amazing week here. Everything was very clean & the bedding is really warm. Our son decamped from the landpod to the extra bed in with us, but there was still plenty of room! We booked over two nights where Eden Sessions were happening, so there was quite a bit of noise from rehearsals & concerts themselves. We didn't mind this at all & enjoyed the general atmosphere - had we known sooner, we would've booked tickets! The airstream has both standard plugs & USB charging points which were really appreciated. The landpod had usb charging via a battery which is charged via a solar panel on the "roof" - we also brought our own battery & solar panels to keep the teens topped up! Information about the site was a bit sparce and we arrived on trust that accessibility was good. This was a bit of a gamble, and I've added in some disability access info here that was definitely missing. I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user, and have appreciated my folding electric chair (I generally use a manual, but even with the freewheel the loose paths & slopes were too much). There is an accessible toilet/shower block with a ramp by the airstreams with grab rails, but toilets & showers are in cubicles so you need to be able to walk in. This is the same with the shower (bring a shower stool if you need one!) There are steps to both airstreams and landpods. There are 3 steps to the airstreams - these are approximately 50cm off the ground & the doors are too narrow for a ramp. There are chairs immediately inside, so some "graceful falling" was employed. The only niggle was the fire pit which is listed as a bbq/grill. It's a great design, but was rusty & we ended up buying some wire wool & giving it a good scrub before using it for food. Overall, we'd totally recommend a longer stay as there's tonnes to do locally including Eden Project itself, Hang Loose, and Charlestown.
