Super 8 by Wyndham Washington

We were having issues with the TV so we turned it off and when the clerk came to check it when we turned it back on it was fine. After a few minutes it went back to having issues. We let the clerk know the next day and the same thing happened. We discovered that if we turned it off during commercials it would be ok for 10-15 minutes. We were there 5 days and No one ever checked to see if it was working. Very poor customer service. We probably won’t be back if we have other choices. We come to Washington to visit family 2-3 times a year.

Great place to stay This is not my first stay. I have had several and never been let down. Front desk people are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean.

Has everything you need with a microwave & fridge. The bed was quite comfortable.

Hotel was great. ******* sucks. I accidentally booked thinking there was a pool. When I asked the managers if I could finish my first night stay and cancel the rest of my stay so I could move to a hotel that had a pool, they said that wasn’t a problem on their side. They then explained that since I booked through *******, I would have to work with ******* to get the refund. I didn’t mention to the agent on the chat feature for ******* that I already talked to the front des. When I asked, the ******* agent if I could get refunded for the nights, I wasn’t staying, theysaid that they called the front desk and that the front desk said they could not refund. When I checked out, I mentioned the experience to the front desk and she said she would work to get me refunded. A couple days later the front desk person called and let me know that she did refund the money to *******. ******* never gave me my money back. Hotel was great. ******* sucks.

Best bang for your buck. The room looked newly remodeled. The bed was amazing.Breakfast needs more options and the tv and remote a little quirky. Staff very friendly. Plan on staying here again.

The room had a strange odor upon arrival, the towel rack was right above the toilet so towel and washcloth ended up in the toilet. The hardwood floors were nice, but cold on my feet.
