Beautiful, convenient room. Due to the construction site on the street it is here for weekdays , at least at the rooms to the street, early loud. Clean hotel, Breakfast Basic but iO. Good coffee machine - great cappuccino. The best here are the staff, the reception. They are premature, friendly, super.

My room was not large, but perfectly adequate. The towels are not plush, but clean and completely adequate. The bed was a queen, perfect. Wi-Fi good & reliable. If you are a light sleeper you might mention that as there can be a bit of noise late (when the bars close?) and early in the morning (street sweeping?) No safe in the room, didn't ask if one at the desk.

We arrived early and the host went out his way to accommodate us. 5 minute walk to the square and centre. Please was lovely and clean and had everything we needed.

For anyone coming to visit St Gallen, we can highly recommend TouchBed City Apartments. The location is super centric, and our studio even had a beautiful view of the old town and the Abbey. The self-checking was easy and convenient, the building is modern and the studio was great! We loved having our own kitchen as eating out in Switzerland can be really expensive. The kitchen was super clean and very well equipped for cooking. The bed was comfy and the shower was also great. We can recommend this place for any type of traveler on both leisure and business trips.

My first thought is how this hotel only has 3 stars. The room was clean, nothing out of the ordinary. The bed was comfortable, maybe a tad soft for my liking. The noise from other rooms were quite low compared to other hotels I experienced. The staff were very polite and very serviceminded. Overall a good stay.

The room is quite big, new and clean, the environment is sanitary, and parking is free. Although it is on the highway side, the soundproofing effect is very good, it is quite satisfactory for the transition overnight.
