Parking right in front of the door, but unkempt and not tidy. When I arrived: no food possible. After some discussion: sandwiches still possible, you have to eat in your room. Food was tasty. The people are very friendly but they simply lack resources. Breakfast was also good, but the rooms: a disaster! Not clean, bad bed, shower in bath, towels not clean etc. At the door: hotel inspected by Kyriad in 2011. In the morning there was 15 cm of snow, but people immediately came to help clear the snow from the car. If there are people involved, it's fine. But the hotel is not clean. I have already been to Kyriad in Pont à Mousson and in Nancy. But now: very disappointing.

Hotel a little isolated in an unwelcoming area. Breakfast sufficient in choice and of good quality. Welcome from the discreet and efficient staff. The room is spacious even if you have to walk on the very shabby carpet and the absence of a shower (bathtub). On the other hand, stifling heat in the room with ventilation on full: while the temperatures were negative, we were forced to open the windows wide, which is a shame. Note: 63 euros for one night (online) and 69 euros for the previous night (by phone)...a little strange all the same. I was told that there was nothing we could do...

Very old hotel in need of a major facelift, air conditioning broken, carpet in the room due to years, very noisy rooms but the staff does their best to keep the establishment above water. Full and plentiful breakfast and charming staff.

Old and poorly maintained hotel. Worn, dirty carpet; worn-out equipment; no protection on the stained mattress and pillows. ... we are far from the standard room shown on the site. This establishment needs a complete renovation and a takeover by its managers to continue to be called KYRIAD. Fortunately, the rest of our trip allowed us to appreciate the KYRIAD GRENOBLE CENTRE that Saint Genis should take as an example to get back on its feet!

If I had read the reviews carefully, I would not have come and I would have done well. Upon arrival, you notice the lack of maintenance of the parking lot and green spaces. The rooms (ours in any case) are in a deplorable state (stained carpet, bathroom dating from another era, etc.) In the photos on the site, you will see a restaurant that does not exist. They only offer you a so-called "artisanal" pizza but ready in 2 minutes!!! Only one qualifier for this establishment: ZERO How can Kyriad label such a hotel and, at the same time, do a radio commercial campaign boasting the comfort of its rooms? If I noted one, it is only in relation to the kindness of the night watchman who anticipated the breakfast time to help us. Oh yes, the height of it, a team of Spaniards in a state of advanced intoxication and having to change rooms in the middle of the night confirmed the brand image of this Kyriad.

We stayed 1 night in this hotel. Great welcome. Very quiet, we were not woken up by outside noise. The rooms are spacious, which allowed us to set up our travel cot without any problems. The room was clean. Of course this hotel is a little old with some old elements but everything was functional (the only thing missing was a hair dryer). For the price of the night, you can hardly ask for better.
