Worthy of 0 stars. Arrived ready to crawl into bed. Upon walking into the room, I noted dirt along the side of the walls. I noticed the bed spread was tattered and torn, then I noticed what looked like a booger 2” long on the bed spread. I couldn’t even put my bags down and started crying because I was so tired but couldn’t sleep in such conditions. It was the worst hotel accommodations I’ve seen in the USA. After asking for a refund, we were told to contact Priceline. After contacting Priceline they told us the hotel should have refunded us, not them. We walked into the room, didn’t even set bags down and they expect to keep $130+ taxes.

Rooms are OK the beds squeek at every move but ok for comfort. Carpet needs to be cleaned think it would smell alot better if they did. Rooms were better than Aqua air motel up the road. People were nice. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave.

Horrible. Bait and switch on booking dot com. Ok room not available despite confirmation. Smelled of urine upon entry. Basic fixtures broken or in need of repairs. Charged 4 person rate when confirmed for 2. Trash on carpeting..left early.

Bathroom outlets inoperable. Wall fan doesn’t work. We could hear people talking in the next room. Okay place if there’s no where else to stay. Not all rooms are as nice as those on the website. Place is pretty old and needs updating.

Unbelievably COLD! We reserved a room several weeks in advance and also called the day of to let them know we'd be checking in late. The heat was totally OFF.! It took almost 2 hours to warm it up. The room was musty smelling. The parking lot was a skating rink. Yes normal for this time of year, but right in front of the door was extremely icy as well. Our complaints were met with an "oh well" attitude which we found both upsetting and unprofessional

Phone in our room did not work so I had to walk to the front desk across the parking lot, no one there of course. None of the vending machine, soda, chips, candy had any product and this certainly is not a pandemic issue as every place seem to love to use this as an excuse now on why stuff is what it is

We were looking for a place to stay for a snowmobile trip. This location is perfect. Right next to a gas station. Sleds can be parked outside your door. There’s access to the lake and trails behind the hotel. The room was definitely a basic motel room, but all the linens were super clean. The rooms have a microwave and refrigerator.
