Room is small if space comfort is important to you. However the location is great. It's within 10 mins walk to Brussels-Midi train station.

Perfect location if you’d like to catch an early train from Brussels Midi station, otherwise not the best part of the city :) but also only 20 minutes walking time from the hotel to the famous Grand Place. The hotel itself is much more better than expected: very friendly front desk staff, nice and cosy room and very clean! Absolutely amazed how a cheap hotel can manage such a really good standard. Free wifi, free tea-coffee, fridge, free bottles of water in room. Loved it!

Close to the Bruxelles-Midi train station,which was ideal. Easy access to public transport made exploring the city a breeze. And the room is fine

Very close to the station, but the place was very old and small. The locker was broken, mentioned it to the staff but they couldn't/wouldn't fix it.

Location is 10m walk from Midi SNCB station. Massive construction work at entrance, so get a room facing courtyard is advisable. Room is fine for 1-2nts, the neighbourhood is mainly occupied by African, Middle Easterners & East Asian. Many grocery shops, buying fruits & daily essentials are cheap, for meals it’s better to eat in the station Did not consume the hotel breakfast. Lift& corridoris extremely claustrophobic, the space of 1pax

It is near the tram station. It is convenient to go to the viewpoint.

Dirty there was even some left rubbish from days ago and service was rude

The room was small but adequate for a solo traveler for a couple days. It was quite clean and taken care of daily. No kettle, refrigerator, or safe in the rooms. Comfortable bed, very hot water, and clean towels daily. Great location very close to the train station, but still walking distance to the center.

Close to stations. Very convenient for travelling around Brussels.

Avoid at all cost - Wifi doesn't work. Complained to them since day one and they did nothing to resolve this. Especially this extremely rude guy who worked the night shift. Quit your job *****. He instantly searched for alternative room which hinted that it was probaby a known issue. He even asked "what do you want me to do? Go up to your floor?" Right, because it's so difficult using the elevator? He even left me standing there for 5 mins, pretending I didn't even exist and proceeded to print stuff or whatever, until I asked him if he was doing something to help resolve my issue. In the end, they even declined to provide a partial refund for advertising the availability of Wi-Fi. - Terrible value fo money - Located in a dirty, dodgy area - Extremely noisy. You can hear construction noises, ambulance,, people screaming and sirens going on all night. - No toiletries except one shampoo - Water leaks out of shower room - Mosquitoes in room preventing restful sleep on top of everything

Great location lively hood place metro is just on the front ,room was very small and the cigarette whole in blanket the receptionist guy is very friendly

Basic hotel, room is small but decent. Location is convenient and across the train station.

The personnel were super nice and cooperative. The room was very well equipped for its price.

They were having construction job done and dust everywhere and they were drilling and with the noise of drilling u can't have a rest in the hotel.
