N’ALLEZ JAMAIS DAN S CET ÉTABLISSEMENT! C’est des voleurs et les employés sont irrespectueux au possible avec leur clients. J’ai loué une chambre pour une nuit que j’ai pris à 12h jusqu au lendemain 12h. Un ami est venu me voir dans ma chambre on a discuté un moment puis il est parti. En début de soirée je suis descendu au bar boire un verre et j’ai posé ma clé sur la table. La réceptionniste s’est précipitée sur ma clé et l’a gardée. Je n’avais pas le droit de récupérer mes affaires dans ma chambre ou d’y accéder tant que je ne payais pas 40.- pour avoir accueilli un ami dans ma chambre dans l’après-midi. Elle s’est permise de séquestrer mes affaires sans motif valable et à trouvé un moyen d’empocher plus d’argent. INADMISSIBLE! J’ai presque envie d’aller voir la police pour raquette et séquestre de mes affaires privée. DES VOLEURS!

*Hotel du Quai, in Villeneuve Switzerland, is the worst place me and my family have ever been to* . We paid 175 USD per night. The room for three persons was extremely small. Nowhere to put the bags. The room was extremely hot, no air conditioning only a small fan on top of a chair. No working internet. No refrigerator. No parking. The so called breakfast was already served on a plate when you came to the dining room. The coffee machine spat out brown water with taste of old cocoa. And to save the best to last: *THERE WERE FLEAS IN THE BED!* We tried to talk to the staff and even someone we think was the owner. They all denied any problems with both fleas and bad internet connection. We had filmed the fleas, but they didn't care. They told us that there must be something wrong with (all) of our phones since wifi wasn't working. Other guests we talked to had the same problem with the wifi. We had booked two nights. We checked out after the first night because of all of the above and asked for the money back, but no. They could not even give me a written confirmation that we left early. I've e-mailed them several times after that, but no answer. DON'T VISIT HOTEL DU QUAI!

Je me suis arrêté prendre un café, à 15h30 la machine à café était déjà nettoyée ! Alors je commande au bar bien sur car pas de service sur cette belle terrasse avec un beau panorama, un thé citron bien sûr il n y avais pas de rondelles de citron. Le personnelle pas un mot de français et en plus pas professionnel, un sacré piège à touristes. Pauvre Quai de Villeneuve .et je ne ferais pas plus de commentaire. Je n y retournerais plus

Camera tripla molto piccola, solo un comodino e un armadio a una sola anta. Caldo e solo un ventilatore che purtroppo non riusciva a rinfrescare. Colazione molto scarsa. Un panino e un croissant a testa. Un giorno mancavano anche quellie il cameriere è. andato a comprarli al supermercato a fianco... Solo latte e caffè, no colazione salata solo qualche fetta di formaggio. Do tre stelle perché il personale è gentile e fa il possibile.

Très pratique pour une nuit, tranquille et propre. Petit-déjeuner basique mais OK. Un peu vieillot mais on sent qu'ils font des efforts. Très agréable terrasse au bord du lac. A trois minutes du bateau, de la gare et des bus. Privilégiez les chambres côté montagne car très tranquilles.

Wir wollten uns heute erkundigen für einen Trip am Wochenende. Leider oder so wie wir es gehört haben hatte der Resepsionist keine lust auf gespräche. Das Telefonat gieng auch nicht sehr lange da er uns den hörer gelegt hatte und auch nicht zurückrufte!! Frechhnehme lieber ein anderes Hotel aussuchen. schönes Weekend :)

Retrouvaille familiale sur une belle terrasse, mais autant les pizzas son quelconques que le service! Un serveur cheveux long et gris qui prend commande par écrit pour 7 personnes mais incapable de noter les 7 plats, donc on mange en décalé... Il débarrasse la table par 2 assiettes!! On nous propose un excellent vin rosé de Provence sans nous présenter la carte, à l'addition 69.- la bouteille!!! Bref malgré le soleil couchant l'accueil et le service reste peu professionnel... On ira ailleurs pour un meilleur qualité/prix.

Camera fronte strada senza aria condizionata per dormire devi tenere le finestre aperte e il rumore del traffico non permette di dormire. Camera caldissima sopra il materasso era presente solo un coprimaterasso di spugna nessun lenzuolo. Colazione mancava tutto eravamo in tre hanno apparecchiato per due il buffet piccolissimo e sguarnito per qualsiasi cosa devi chiedere. Per quello che offrono è carissimo. Per fortuna abbiamo trascorso solo una notte siamo scappati.
