Excellent hotel situated not too far from the town center and millennium park, it has good rooms with comfy fresh beds and a lovely bar, also Philister is great she was very helpful and informative of everything, I will definitely be staying there again, Highly recommend!

We visited the Monterey Hotel for the third time, specifically to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately our holiday didn't go to plan as my husband was admitted to Jersey General Hospital for 4 days with breathing difficulties. Despite this setback, the kindness and assistance the whole staff gave was exceptional. Breakfast was very good and the evening meals both in the bar and restaurant were excellant. We had booked a superior room by the pool, which was very comfortable, it was nice for me to be able to sit outside between the hospital visits. We intend to visit again when we are able so we can finish the holiday we started.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent and the Chef is extremely allergy conscious. My husband has a garlic allergy and the chef went through the evening menu with him everyday to ensure he could still eat well and did not have any garlic in his meals. Nicely laid out rooms and cleaned every day with beds made and towel changed. Comfortable bed. Only draw back very limited outside area to sit and have a drink if you did not wish to be inside and right next to a nursery so a little noisy at times when the children were out playing. Could not fault the staff and reception very helpful.

A lovely relaxed hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Great to have an indoor and outdoor pool. Upgraded to a superior room, great amenities, loved the robes and spa slippers! Good connections to other areas of the island Staff went above and beyond recalling drinks Good value bar menu, excellent beer

The staff in all departments were very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent with a good selection on the menu. The rooms were very clean and comfortable .This was our second stay here and when we next stay in Jersey we will definitely go back to this lovely hotel. Thanks again to the lovely staff for all their hard work and looking after us so well

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. nothing was too much trouble for them to do for us. Food fantastic.Staff always smiling and ready to chat . Thoroughly enjoyed.our holiday wish we could have stayed longer. would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A very clean friendly hotel Rooms and beds comfortable. Breakfast buffet full English with added option of smoked salmon and poached egg. Waiter/waitress service . 3course evening meal . Also the use of indoor and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and steam room . Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay there again
