Red Roof Plus+ St Louis - Forest Park/ Hampton Ave

Location is not so comfortable, the room is really old, need to be renovated

Staff was nice. Room lighting was dark. Room was a bit dirty. Shower was gross, dirty, and oily/slippery. Would not go again.

The room had trash and dust bunnies between the fridge and dressed. The bathroom roof leaked over the shower. There was mold in the bathroom and a roach was running around in the bathroom. The hand rail in the shower was coming out of the wall. The ceiling was peeling over the beds and the curtain would not hang on the rod.

Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Definitely outdated facility. New bath tubs would really help. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The room was comfortable. The night staff was not very friendly, but the morning staff on check out was nicer. We missed not having a mini fridge for water and tea, but we made lemonade out of lemons. For the love of God, someone please remove the crackerjack sticker from the lamp base on the side of the bed.

Old bathroom need to be up dated old and dirty the outside of Hotel looks nice but the in raggedy!

Room was ok. The staff was very nice. However, I don’t like when the desk clerk said my room number out loud in hearing range of others. It can be very dangerous.
