Staff were great! Atmosphere was very enchanting. Wish we had more time to do the scavenger hunts and check out the pool.

Very nive property. Fun decor, cool basement pub and a separate British tavern. Staff was very friendly.

Bed and pillows where uncomfortable. Room and facilities were dirty. Parking was a joke due to there being 2 restaurants on the property as well so it was hard to find a spot as the hotel and restaurant shared the parking lot and garage but you had to pay to park if you stayed in the hotel.

I liked the concept and amenities of the Cheshire. People were very friendly. However our room and some areas of the hotel were not clean and well cared for. Our bathroom in particular was not clean. We saw staff sitting around on their cell phones a lot. The outdoor patio near the dining area needed attention also. Tables were dirty and needed a good hosing off.
