What they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)

Dissatisfaction: 1. The "art hotel" hype wasn't impressive; 2. I booked a green room, but was assigned a red one; 3. The large red mirror in the corridor facing the elevator in the red room area gave a gloomy feeling, and the room's decor made it feel oppressive; 4. The room was small, with too much space between the two beds, resulting in insufficient room for other activities; 5. The facilities were basic, with a shortage of charging sockets; 6. The air conditioner was old and couldn't be set to temperature, fan speed, or turn off; 7. The website advertised it opening in 2025, which seemed inaccurate, as the bathroom walls and cabinets were damaged, and the door frame had significant gaps.

The entire hotel was so nice. Staff was great, smelled good and was very clean The only thing I would add is that it would be nice to update be thermostats. It was a challenge to know what it was set at and had to adjust several times

Book this hotel! My husband and I have traveled the world. This hotel is spectacular in every way. We asked for a corner room and the front desk accommodated us. It actually had a living room, kitchen and dining table seperate from the bedroom. The art throughout the hotel was an art museum in itself. The front desk and cleaning service was friendly. The hotel was very clean. The roof top bar added to our experience and the food and beverages were fun and delicious. It is located across from the fox theatre which is stunning! The area was clean and safe with secure parking. We highly recommend this hotel. 10/10

Modern artsy hotel. Elegant. Great rooftop bar with views. Room decorated beautifully; great bed. No microwave. Pocket door is heavy and light comes through. Would stay again just for the rooftop bar.
