The bed was so hard it hurt my back, the bathroom door was so heavy it would slam closed on me. The spa/hot tub was ao nasty t reaked of urine and had a bunch of toe nails in it. The pool also smelled of urine and hair in it. The pool and spa were one of the main reasons I picked this hotel

Staff is fantastic, room clean, area awesome. pool area needs a bit of love. didn’t match quality of the rest of the place. will always stay here when in st. louis because of the staff.

Loved place of hotel and ease of shopping area. Great room as well. Only thing I had an issue with was room wouldn't get cooler that 74°. I am used to sleeping 68-69°
