Element St. Louis Midtown

my room was on the 6th floor (625)right below the bar/night club. This was on a Friday night. I wanted peace and quiet in my room after a long drive to St. louis. I not only heard the music but felt the bass. Called the front desk. They did lower the music and bass. The front desk did agree to switch my room the next day. If you book, ask Element not to put you on the 6th floor!

During breakfast the woman cooking the breakfast was rude and seemed bothered when asked about the breakfast options.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. the room was clean and well organized. the mattress was a bit older and had sunken spot on one side so it likely needs to be replaced, but other than that I will stay there business trip to STL.

The staff was terrific and the breakfast options were fresh daily with a yogurt bar, fresh fruit, bagels, toast and two fresh made options each day.

We enjoy this hotel. Our 2nd stay. Great suite for a reasonable price. We enjoyed the pool gym and the patio area and the roof top bar. . The staff are particularly great. They also present themselves well, looking professional. The location is good for so many things to do in StL. We enjoyed the Foundry area just across the street for shows and food hall. Better than average breakfast also. This is now our go to when visiting StL

The breakfast was awesome. So much to select from. The prepared meals were tasty and they worked with me on my allergies.

Fabulous room size and comfortable bed with great amenities. However arrived Tuesday left Saturday and there was no cleaning of room. Requested twice for clean towels and none came . Was told there would be a refresh of the room on Friday and nothing happened . Hence I washed dried towels myself and emptied trash .
