It's a great place to stay, good welcome, however the spa is a horrible experience, the massage is bad, and it takes 10 minutes to apparently get dressed, crowded with people.

Disappointed with the general décor of the whole place. Very bland and lacking atmosphere. Stayed in twin room very small, bathroom basic, coffee machine didn't work. I've stayed in many hotels in my career life and would only give this a reluctant 4* Stayed in better 3* hotels. The carpark is impossible to find, but the reception did park mine for me and bring it out at our departure. However, the food was fantastic. The cocktail bar is very small and unappealing could be so much more. Cocktails themselves were ok. Generally the staff were dressed in poor quality uninspiring uniforms.... With ok general attitude. The position on the seafront is excellent but the hotel needs a revamp and upgrades. We had a cheap week deal but if we had paid the standard rate we would have been very upset. To sum up great food chef deserves a better restaurant, Hotel not living up to the hype or it's great potential.

we spent a couple of nights with family, and we were expecting much more from this hotel since it is a 5 stars hotel. We reserved two rooms, and both were small with carpets, I would have expected a much bigger room and no carpet for a 5 stars hotel, and the rooms were kind of outdated. The fun part of the hotel were the ‘aquatic place’ full of jets and hot tubs, but that was not included in the price of the staying, very disappointing.

Unbeatable location and unique spa. Food at La Terrasse amazing. Rooms would do good by a bit of renovation. The building itself is stunning and the view fantastic. It is a nice stroll to the old town and really anywhere.

I can find only one negative moment: that we spent so less time there! It´s a real amazing hotel with wonderful service! I can strongly recommend visiting Le Cap Horn restaurant too! We took a special menu and it was extremely tasty!

We have travelled through the Atlantic coast of Spain and France. We have eaten at Michelin star restaurants. This has to be one of the best meals at the LE CAP HORN restaurant. Excellent staff and excellent food! A true delight!! We skipped the starter, the mains were Beef and Cod, both exquisite, the desert of the Apple Tart and Chou tout chocolat was simply devine!! Our waiter Gaspard has perfected English dead pan, and that’s saying something for a French man! An excellent evening!!
