Comfort Aparthotel Saint-Etienne

The room was terrible. Nothing was available when I asked, the air conditioner didn't work, I had to wear a down jacket to sleep, and every time I asked the front desk, they said nononononosrysry. The worst thing was: the hotel clearly had central air conditioning, but it was blowing hot air, but our room didn't have hot air. I went to the front desk to request a room change, and then the two ***** at the front desk said it was full today, I opened Ctrip and found that there were still many vacancies, it was such a ** hotel, I have never stayed in such a bad hotel 🤬🤬, such a bad environment and so expensive. The ***** at the front desk didn't listen to reason and kept eating melon seeds, I said I wanted to record their faces and almost hit them. Simple and unpretentious hotel. Very neat and good price-performance ratio. Service friendly. Clean room with a small kitchenette. It's better to have breakfast outside. Getting there is a bit complicated, but you can stop in front of the entrance to unload.

Nuit à 4, dans un appartement.Une chambre avec son lit et la pièce de vie avec son coin cuisine et un canapé lit.A notre arrivée, la température est glaciale, on tente de mettre le chauffage, celui-ci est bloqué à 21 degrés.Nous attendons, malheureusement, la température de la pièce à vivre peine à monter.Nous téléphonons à l'accueil car vraiment, nous ne pouvons pas quitter nos manteaux...Le Monsieur du standard nous dit qu'il nous amène des couvertures supplémentaires(2 couettes 1 place).Impossible de faire quoique se soit pour le chauffage, nous dit-il...Dommage que nous n'ayons pas de thermomètre, mais sincèrement on est loin des 21 degrés...Heureusement, la chambre plus petite est plus chaude. Message à la direction, pendant les périodes froides, ne louez pas la chambre 310 ou monter le chauffage, vraiment c'était très très froid, mais nous n'avons pas eu d'autres solutions proposées...et le prix de la nuitée inchangé... Sinon, literie, propreté, petit déjeune, emplacementr ok
