Sarl Logis du Grand Pin

One of seven apartments, ours was a duplex on the first floor. The apartment was immaculate with all the facilities needed for a self catering stay. We had a toilet downstairs and a shower room and toilet upstairs next to our bedroom. The bedroom was small with a sloping roof but the king sized bed was really comfortable. The bedroom was quite warm as well. Everything in the apartment looks new. There is a quiet relaxed garden with picnic benches and sun beds. In this area you will find a jacuzzi, sauna, bbq’s and a washing machine. The surroundings are very quiet with various animals. We did regret not booking a ground floor flat as we did not have our own outside seating area like some of the apartments. There was a first floor apartment which had its own balcony. It was a great base for visiting all the various Normandy tourist attractions. A car is necessary to visit the centre of Bayeux. The hosts were really lovely and we managed to overcome the language barrier. Not that we want to spend our holiday watching tv, but there were no English channels. We enjoyed our stay there.
