Ibis Paris Nord Porte de Saint Ouen

The bathrooms are terrible toilet flush not working properly then the tap to wash hands very old and hard to wash hands etc as very little water come out of it and shower is worse same problem as tap very little water comes out impossible to take shower properly. They don’t change bedsheets!!! You must make sure tell them and double check etc if you want the bedsheets to be changed…

Broken button on a/c was evident and couldn’t control at all, hairdryer not strong enough to dry hair, room very small for two people, bathroom /bathtub not safe for adults, all needs to be looked at.

There was no boiler in the room so i couldn't take tea or coffee i had to go downstairs to get wa water amd had to buy a thermos to keep my warm water. The cleaners were not regular and they stole my items; head band, hair oils. They stole 2 bottles that i brought and they were gone. They should not steal from customers so i was so disappointed. I am yet to check my jewelery. I hope they didn't steal it!

Very well located Hotel in the midst of a busy area but away from the traffic in a corner in a small lane. I did not have breakfast or food at the hotel but several good restaurants Indian/ Moroccan/ Turkish/ Continental fast food .Very helpful Front Desk Always to help you and guide you. Nearest Metro Stations are Garibaldi and Porte De St Ouen . Sleep quality is good without any disturbance . Rooms are reasonably big in comparison to other hotels in Paris. Tea CoffeeMaker provided in Room.

We are fidelity members of the Accor hotel group. Previously we have used Campanile hotels in Bordeaux and Paris. On arrival we were told the bar was shut all weekend! The A/C in the room did not function very well and would not cool to a comfortable level! Day 2 we arrived back to discover an unsused can of expensive hairspray was missing and there was no fresh cups to make our own drinks! We report these issues to the front desk. No explanation was provided for the hairspray, no offer to replace the can or provide funds so we could replace it ourselves! We were given some fresh cups. On a positive note the staff are very pleasant and helpful (except for the hairspray business) and the breakfast is excellent. The location of the hotel is not in a very nice area. I would not recommend this hotel.
