"The venue is fantastic but it’s a way from all the sights, but for the distance you get more space and freedom than a Parisian hotel box room. We went for a suite with terrace. No UsB, very weird lighting that does its own thing and a broken tap - but we ate in restaurant very good and breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Maybe it’s more a Millennials hotel than for the over 50’s but the space was appreciated and good bagage services -"

"This hotel was fantastic. After a disaster with our AirBnb they fixed our trip. Ammelle and Seidy at the front desk made our kids feel safe and at home each day and night. Their service was unbelievable and honestly saved our trip to Paris. The breakfasts were hot and delicious each morning with lots of cold water and ice to keep cool on 90+ degree days. The rooms were clean and cool. Thank you Ammelle and Seidy for saving our trip!"

"This was my second stay here. I had a spacious room with a balcony. The room had a kettle, plenty of towels, and a nice bathroom. The view from the window was pleasant. Downstairs, there's a wonderful cafe that serves delicious and quite affordable food. The metro and bus stops are literally just a stone's throw away. I really like that everything operates with codes; there's no need to carry hotel keys or cards. It also feels very secure. Housekeeping is daily."

"Exceptional service that saved our evening! We arrived at this hotel in a complete emergency after being overbooked at another establishment that hadn't even bothered to forward our backup reservation. Needless to say, we were exhausted, stressed, and pressed for time, as we had a concert at the Stade de France that evening. Despite the situation being entirely beyond their control, the team at the Hampton by Hilton Saint-Ouen handled it with remarkable calm and professionalism. They immediately took charge of the problem, took the time to find us a room at the last minute, and showed genuine attentiveness, even though we hadn't asked for anything of them. This is exactly the kind of service that makes all the difference: a responsive, friendly, and efficient team, even when faced with an unforeseen and complicated situation created by a third party. Thanks to them, we were able to get to our concert and finish the evening peacefully. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will gladly return."
