Motel 6 Saint Paul, MN - I-94

The room service guy knocked on my door at 10 am asking if I was checking out. He was rude and had no customer service as to how we interacted. I was fully aware of my check out time and didn't want or need the reminder. I didn't appreciate it at all. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

The room was clean and warm. We all know it’s cold at night now here in Minnesota and to walk into a warm room was really nice.

Because your room was filled with mold on the wall covered with black mold your air conditioner was filthy rotten dirty the filter was so plugged with dirt your windows were full of bugs and dirt your curtains were falling off of the rod just hanging there full of holes your bathroom was full of mold the toilet seat was broke the bathtub was disgusting mold all around no part to bring in your luggage wouldn't change rooms with us when we wanted to because of the mold and said that we could wipe the walls down with bleach but I'm sorry to say you cannot do that you have to rip those walls out with the bleach and put a certain chemical on them walls so no and they won't give us a new room or my money back so I filed a complaint I will never stay at your property again and you charge way too much money and the police stunk so bad

The room was too cold and damp. It was well cleaned but the humidity was high and heat could not be turned on. There was not blanket just a light spread.

Hotel disaster The first two rooms they assigned were not cleaned. The 3rd room, the key wouldn't work and the manager had to come up to let me in. When in the room, I discovered a damaged curtain rod, the AC did not work unless the fan speed was set to medium and taken off eco mode. The light at the desk didn't work and the light on the right of the bed flickered. The 2nd day, they claimed they wanted to fix the drywall and I said that I would be away most of the day for them to fix. When I came back, the drywall wasn't fixed, and they had thrown away anything I left in the room including a mostly full bottle of shampoo. The head board was missing from the room. The staff was nice and apologized but did not resolve any of the issues. The front end staff told me to call their GM to discuss my stay. It seemed that everyone just passed the buck instead of being accountable. I've stayed at motel 6 before but this was by far the worst experience. Everything seemed broken and they didn't work as a team.

Not the best The bed was half broke. And there was no blanket the door was very hard to open and close. Whole building wreaked of ****.
