Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.
Cons: 1. wash cloth had a hole in the middle and when I pulled on it, it frayed completely apart, 2. Ice machine didn’t work well and the area where you set the ice bucket was badly in need of a hood cleaning. 3. Room decor is hideous. 4. Where the windows slide open and shut was filthy with black dirt. The window tracks have obviously not been cleaned in quite some time.

I like to catch up on the news before I go to bed. The TV would constantly go from working fine to the picture freezing over and over!

The price I paid for this stay was outrageous for the location and services offered. The towels were terrible and water went everywhere from the shower getting everything wet. We were given one extra towel as we were a party of 5, but no extra washcloths. There were only two in the room. We also had to ask for sheets for the pullout bed, as we were only given a blanket… no extra pillow. The price on the hotels website was 124. ******* charged me 313. Outrageous for the quality offered.
