Service: The attitude of the front desk staff, looking at you sideways, is really disgusting.
Hygiene: The bathroom is smelly, and there is a restaurant downstairs, which is a bit noisy at night.
Facilities: An older hotel.
Environment: The biggest advantage is that it is in the city center, you can see the sea right at the port when you go out, but there is nothing else good about it.
