Small room but manageable. Convenient if driving with ample free parking available.

Room and washroom were dirty. There were flies coming from the ditch. There were no room cleaning and we needed to ask for clean towels at the front desk. But it was relatively cheap, and we could not expect much.

Anyone looking for the worst possible experience and service should definitely try Trip.com this time! Imagine being stranded late at night in heavy rain, discovering that Trip.com's customer service can't even communicate with the hotel, and then feeling the profound disappointment and despair when their 24-hour bookstore service (which is supposed to be available for rest) is unable to resolve your issues for hours in the early morning. You'll truly understand the precious value of reliability and trust!

The location is not bad, a bit far from the city center but near to a bus stoppage. There is a KFC right beside the property.

Reception was verry difficult to book my room in even after payment on trip.com

overall it is small but close to KFC and Maccas. If drive and stay for short it is okay. The room is very small

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. When I checked into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned properly. The room was dirty, and to my shock, I even found a used milk container left behind by a previous guest. This is completely unacceptable and far below the standards I expected from your establishment. Furthermore, on May 16th, 2025 at around 12:00 PM, I approached the front desk and encountered a young female receptionist who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and behavior made the situation even more frustrating. At the time, I was extremely exhausted from my trip and did not have the energy to raise the issue about the room being unclean, so I simply went to sleep. However, I feel it is important to bring these matters to your attention so that they can be addressed appropriately. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your service and ensure a better experience for future guests.

There mould in my first room all over the ceiling and staff first declined my request for my money back had request again and stayed 2 nights wasn’t happy with it at all.

The good:- * About a 1 km walk to catch the train, & a bus stop across the road. Airport very handy. We got an Uber but next time we probably would get the train. McDonalds & KFC are next door to hotel. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The bad:- * SHOWER FLOOR WAS VERY SLIPPERY - I had a fall in the shower when I reached over the toilet to get my towel off the wall hook. I didn't say anything to the staff that morning as we were checking out before any staff were at the check in/out desk. * No shower curtain or bath mat or flannels - I feel when you have the old fixed head shower, then flannels would be a great idea. * Hand basin is not in bathroom, but over by the window. * NO microwave in room. We would stay here again but.......I would be interested to know if they would do anything about the slippery shower floors?????

My sheets were all stained and the duvet was piss yellow stained. The only that’s 100% is on me not returning.
