был в отеле на Косыгина. Сказать, что просто удивлен сервисом и обслуживанием, - ничего не сказать. Если кратко: это катастрофа. Никому не рекомендую посещать данный отель. Началось все с того, что на входе меня с девушкой мариновали около 20 минут, пытаясь найти мою бронь. Как оказалось, было еще одно заселение с таким же именем и моя бронь слетела. Ну ладно - с горем пополам мы заселились. Сюрпризы дальше: номер хоть и с джакузи но горячей воды просто нет! Ну то есть вы радостно можете поплескаться в холодной воде. Принять душ тоже невозможно - вода ледяная. Просто в состоянии шока, что такой уровень сервиса может быть в наше время
