The room was generally satisfactory, but blood stains were found on the sheets on the last night. The overall facilities were very complete and everything was available. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Generally speaking, it is a temporary change of hotel. Taxi is very expensive in Russia. You must stay near Nevsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg to facilitate your trip. The hotel is less than ten minutes' walk from Moscow Railway Station and Nevsky Prospekt, which is very convenient. The luxury apartment I stayed in has one bedroom and one living room. It is clean and warm. It is also very convenient to cook in the serviced apartment. There is a washing machine and clothes drying rack, and the guest room will be cleaned every day. The disadvantage is that the professional level of the front desk of this hotel is very poor, and the English is not good. I changed to this hotel temporarily the night before yesterday. Because I booked a luxury apartment for one night + a standard apartment for three nights (recommended by Ctrip), I went to check in at 12 noon. I wanted to change the room type to one room for four nights and not change the room type in the middle. After communicating for a long time, I have to say that Ctrip's hotel housekeeper Grace has been helping with the telephone voice communication throughout the whole process (Grace has also been in contact with the temporary change of hotel before, really thank you) Check in at 12 noon, follow a set of procedures, upgrade the room type and pay the money, and tell me to check in at 2 o'clock at the earliest, so I stored my luggage and went to play. When I came back that night, the front desk changed shifts, and I had to go through the check-in process again. The room type issue that I communicated during the day had to be discussed again. It was really unprofessional. After I raised an objection on the spot, they realized that they had duplicated the process. Then I booked four days. I confirmed with the front desk again and again whether the room card was for four days. The front desk guy nodded, but the room card was invalid the next day. I was speechless. The next day, the front desk guy changed shifts again and said that I was in a deluxe room for one day. I showed him the receipt for the three-day room rate difference for upgrading to a deluxe room, and he realized that I had booked four days. It was really unprofessional for two or three front desks to communicate the same thing repeatedly in three shifts! I don’t think this is because their English is poor, but because the internal employees did not hand over well at all and were unreliable.

The room is small, the environment is average, especially the toilet, it is stuffy, damp and smelly. The breakfast is OK, the oatmeal porridge is delicious. The front desk is very bad! They don't speak English! And they asked for a registration fee of 600! Other hotels didn't give it, but they did.

1. My scarf was lost when cleaning the room. After asking, they shirked responsibility. The cleaner also muttered Russian curse words. St. Petersburg was very cold these days and I almost caught a cold. 2. There were very few breakfast options, and I was not allowed to bring food. They discriminated against Chinese people and had a very bad attitude. 3. The room was very small and very hot. The hotel was very bad and seriously affected my impression of St. Petersburg! Be sure to avoid it!!!
