Sales department is the worst thing in this hotel. Reception is Ok. Rooms are small and not comfprtable at all. A lot of broken things on the rooms. Shower is leaking.

The room is not spacious but not cramped either. It has everything it needs. It is a normal four-star standard. There is a small supermarket downstairs and an exit behind the building. I often have to walk when navigating. In fact, there is tram No. 6 behind the building. It is conveniently connected to Metro Line 1 and Line 2. The biggest feature is the breakfast, which is rich and the dining environment is good. The worst thing is that you can’t check in until 3 o’clock…

The night view by the Neva River is amazing! The view is even better in the morning! All in sight. Because I was dissatisfied with the standard room below, I moved above. Although I paid an extra night, it was worth it.

I'm quite satisfied. I didn't book a room with a view, but I can also see the Neva River from the room. Except for the Lower Garden in the suburbs, all other major attractions are within 2 kilometers of the hotel. There are many restaurants across the bridge from the hotel. The taste is great.
