The Four Seasons Hotel in St. Petersburg is truly luxurious and high-end in every detail. The service is exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The restaurants are outstanding, offering excellent food and atmosphere. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it.

完美的酒店，地段無敵，緊鄰聖以撒和冬宮，離遊船碼頭也很近，走到涅瓦大街也不遠，出門基本步行就行。裝修硬件不錯，很美麗的建築風格和裝修風格，房間內配的洗漱用品也不錯。值得推薦

Очень скучный отель без окон . Не имеет лобби, на завтраке нет окон , только грязная стеклянная крыша. Номера очень серые, скучные, пустые. Как в пещере . Окна выходили во внутрь(колодец), всю ночь шумел кондиционер. НЕ порекомендую этот отель никому . Надо что то менять в этом отеле.

這是我第一次給五星酒店寫差評，我住過世界各地的豪華酒店，從未遇到如此荒謬的事情，預訂的時候看到是聖彼得堡排名第一的奢華酒店，來了才發現無論是外觀還是裏面都一般般，迷你吧裏面的可樂和氣泡水都要收費。重點來了：酒店沒有請打掃房間的牌子，電話上有個打掃專線，我們第二天出去時打電話過去明確的告訴對方可以打掃了，但是下午2點半回來的時候完全沒有動過，本來想休息一下傍晚再出去，衹能再次打電話過去，等到4點半下去投訴，正好遇到大堂經理，她表示歉意説馬上解決，（後來給了一盤水果）可是等我們6點鐘回來居然還在打掃，我們衹能到走廊坐着，我氣得當場血壓升高，沒想到一次愉快的旅行讓這家“奢華”酒店把好心情全給毀了！難道打掃房間不是酒店應該做的嗎？一個國際連鎖品牌酒店客房部沒有人聽得懂英語誰會信呢？但事實就是如此！
還有一個細節，酒店提供的茶具杯具和洗漱用品檔次太低，浴帽和髮圈劣質到奇葩。總之這家酒店名不符實，讓我們體會到了什麼叫做花錢買罪受！
