Sales department is the worst thing in this hotel. Reception is Ok. Rooms are small and not comfprtable at all. A lot of broken things on the rooms. Shower is leaking.

The room is very small and can't even fit a suitcase. The windows can't be opened, it's very stuffy, not very satisfactory, but it's really cheap! The restaurant is also good, the breakfast is OK, overall it's good! The price-performance ratio is quite high!

I came to this hotel with my daughter, only because there is access to the pool and they let people in under 18, and there is also parking. Total: parking is paid, access to the pool is by appointment and for money. The unpleasant thing is the smell of chemicals in the room, although it was a suite. But good breakfasts and a view of Aurora and all of St. Petersburg from the Neva. Overall rating 3/10

The location is good. It is a famous hotel in the local area. You can see a cruiser parked in the river. The breakfast is rich. I strongly recommend buying the price with breakfast, which is equivalent to having a lunch. 😁
