Saint-Priest Hotels with Bars

The guy in charge of the night shift (Eliman or something like this?) can teach hotels around Lyon how to manage walk-in clients. He is excellent and talked me into booking his facility when my plane was cancelled. Rarely saw such customer attention. This was the opportunity to discover the hotel and the location. Excellent bedding quality and bathroom amenities. Highly recommended.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is relatively quiet, and the entrance is marked with 4 stars. The room condition was okay, clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk is friendly and communicates in English smoothly. The prices of the food in the hotel restaurant are relatively expensive. We went to the nearby 3 Brasseurs to eat, which was much more affordable. I paid a deposit of 200 euros with my China Merchants Bank card for two rooms, but the text message showed that it was for consumption, not pre-authorization. I don’t know what happened.

What an excellent hotel. It was warm, clean, comfortable and the bed was divine. Also there was hardly any sound, it was so well sound proofed. I have to give special mention to the staff; whoever does the recruiting does it really well! We arrived around 20.00hrs at night and were greeted by Jordin and Lilly on reception. They were just wonderful, it was such a charming greeting, so friendly, warm and welcoming. We ate at the hotel as we were late and the lady on the bar was also lovely, sadly, I never got her name. It had been a long stressful day for us and the warm welcome and comfort was greatly appreciated. I don't think that I have ever been to a hotel that had such incredible staff, it really is 5* service. I would not fail to recommend this place to anyone and think it really good value for money. The bed is comfortable and the cousins are soft. The hotel is located just next to the motorway, but the double turn avoids car noise.
