Hotel des Alpes

We have just returned from a long weekend in this hotel, located in a hamlet close to the Crevacol area. The location is ideal for skiing, the hotel is only a couple of kilometers from the slopes, the road has no curves and it really takes 5 minutes. The Des Alpes hotel is really welcoming. We stayed in apartment B, located across the internal courtyard, a stone's throw from the main building. Inside, the room was furnished in a mountain style and complete with everything needed. The only advice we can give to the owners is to change the mattresses in the double bed and sofa bed, and to make sure you use sheets of the right size for the bed. The owner Leonardo is an exceptional person, always smiling and with a passion for children, who never fails to reserve an extra smile, a joke, or a joke. We were able to appreciate his availability both towards us (giving us a bag of ice to cure a bad blow) and towards other guests who had special needs. The food is excellent, a varied, abundant 3-course dinner that reflects tradition. Buffet breakfast with homemade products, juices, jams, in addition to the part dedicated to salty foods. As a further point in favor, there is also a small wellness centre, which they make available upon reservation to a limited number of people, so that it is possible to enjoy the sauna, whirlpool and Turkish bath without confusion or waiting. To conclude, the stay at the hotel des Alpes was very positive, a place we hope to return soon to challenge Mr. Leonardo at the wooden game with top and balls.

Ottima posizione. La camera non era come mi aspettavo, la prenotazione era per una matrimoniale deluxe ma rispetto alle immagini della prenotazione era diversa. Balcone a piano strada e con staccionata molto bassa avendo due cani. In bagno solo telo doccia e tappeto bagno,no asciugamani e ospite . Sul balcone era rimasto bicchiere di plastica con mozziconi di sigarette. Nessuna brochure con spiegazioni su orari e usi della struttura. Non era scritto che dopo mezzanotte la porta dell'entrata si bloccava, noi portando fuori i cani per i bisogni alle 4 del mattino siamo rimasti bloccati all'esterno e pur suonando il campanello nessuno era in reception. Siamo riusciti a trovare aperta porta lavanderia altrimenti....... Cibo nella media, nulla di speciale. La colazione invece ben assortita. Prezzo alto per quanto ricevuto.
