la piscine sale et mal entretenue ( eau verte )ne nous a ,malheureusement ,pas permis de profiter de cet équipement C’est pourtant une des raisons pour laquelle nous avions choisi ce logement Dans le meuble sous vasque , nous avons remarqué la présence de petits dépôts noirs de la taille de grains de riz pouvant évoquer des crottes de souris ! La chambre ne ferme pas à clé. Des cheveux collés au pot de miel. Des petites cuillères à confiture non lavées d’un jour à l autre. Et le jour du départ on se retrouve avec la note dans l’assiette du p’tit dej. Le positif les animaux très gentils et la proximité de la vallée des singes.

Un endroit très agréable et authentique. Au calme, très reposant et surtout très confortable. L'accueil est exceptionnel et le petit déjeuner copieux. La ROSERAIE est a proximité de la vallée des singes. La ROSERAIE est l'endroit idéal pour la famille. Un lieu de rêve pour les enfants

Une ambiance incroyable et des hôtes plus que charmants. Les animaux rendent le lieu encore plus magique surtout quand ils sont tous bébés. Un lieu très tranquille juste à côté de la vallée des singes (je recommande) et proche du Futuroscope. Aucun moyen de regretter. Laville Tom

Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Mise à disposition d'un billard à l'étage. Présence de plusieurs animaux très dociles. A peine à 400m de la vallée des singes +++ Nous recommandons cet établissement !
