The apartment complex is located right on the slopes. That's really great. The apartment (4 persons) is already small and cramped for 2 persons. With 4 people it is really too small. Furthermore, it is an unkempt gang. Sale!! As the French say. Or, dirty. Dust in the hallway was there all week. There is little or no cleaning. The arrival was really a drama. Unprofessional. We took over an hour to check in. The employees (at that time only two !!) at the reception still have to put together the towel and sheet packages themselves. Which therefore takes time. Furthermore, the name of the booker is looked up on a list. That list keeps getting lost. In short, hassle. Can anyone look into this process? It seems this mess has been around for a long time. Doesn't anyone ever wake up and think that you don't want to do this to your guests? Tip: Have someone from management check in yourself. That's laughter. Conclusion: Despite perfect location, find another accommodation because this is far below standard. Unworthy of a holiday. Dear managers of this place, take your guests seriously instead of thinking in euro signs. Turn your guests into ambassadors for your property. It's possible. Really.
