I was expecting a 3 star welcome, well there is none after 7 p.m. according to other customers. I arrived late after several hours of driving. No one at reception, so it was impossible to pay the tourist tax upon arrival or find my room. I call the hotel number, I get straight to 06, which is on automatic voicemail. After investigating other guests, I understand that my room is in another building 400 meters away on foot, is it actually a campsite?? The instructions from other guests were unclear, so I had to wait for the call back from 06 for a nice lady to explain to me how the room system works and where exactly the annex is located. Arrived at the hotel around 9 p.m., arrived in my room at 10:30 p.m.... I expected an efficient and beautiful experience worthy of a 3-star castle hotel and I found myself in the annex of said castle without any help or indication on the spot. Absolutely unacceptable! Rare positive points: The Chinese room is absolutely magnificent. The lady at the end of 06 who helped me even though it was after 10 p.m., thank you again. The managers of this hotel must understand that this is not the way to build customer loyalty. In a normal hotel, there is a reception open until late in the evening, even 24/7, to welcome all guests and be able to pay once they arrive. I was there at the beginning of June and I wouldn't go back.
