Hôtel tout neuf donc il paraît très propre mais le meuble de la chambre n'était pas nettoyé et sous l'abattant WC quelques poils de l'ancien client... L'équipe était débordé pour le petit dej. Nous sommes arrivés à 9h30 et plus de pain plus de tasse plus de couteau pus de fromage. Il a fallu attendre une deuxième tournée et les oeufs pas bons 😱 Manque de personnel je pense ou d'organisation. L'équipe est néanmoins très aimable 👍

After a long drive from Dieppe I arrived tired and hungry, front of house & waiter Christophe was fantastic efficient and polite, he even translated that evenings menu in English for me as my French is poor. Great relaxing steak and frites, off at 7am the next day back to Spain. Simple Clean Friendly Affordable - thanks

Well run and conveniently located. We were in easy walking distance to the major sights of Saintes, as well as to some excellent restaurants— L’Insolite and La Table des dix Vins— and a fantastic breakfast bakery, La Boulangerie du Palais. Our room’s air conditioning was a blessing at the end of a hot day of sightseeing.
