This is the most kid-unfriendly place we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed in a LOT of places world-wide). Kids may not jump in the pool, may in general not play in the mostly deserted pool area, may not play ball on the extended lawn area,…. In fact, what kids MAY do is easily summarized: pay for their stay and that‘s about it. If you do not want kids: simply say so on your website as well as on all booking portals you advertize your place on and do not accept family bookings. But please be consequent… do not accept money on the one hand and then take all fun away on the other hand. And on a side note: there‘s a pool supervision that probably didn‘t quite make the cut to her dream job as ward in a supermax prison… The only reason why we gave this place a second point: the hotel has a really good restaurant with nice staff and is situated on in a superb location right at the waterfront. Amenities: the hotel would need something between 20 and 50 million EUR in Investments to substantially shape up. Also, a fundamentally new concept is dearly needed to attract a more open minded crowd willing to spend a buck and revive this fantastically located yet-to-become a ruin of a „resort“.

Nous y allons depuis quelques années et cette année beaucoup de changement en négatif... clim qui ne marchait pas dans les chambres, dans les couloirs, interdiction de venir le matin pour profiter de la piscine avant d'avoir la chambre, des jets qui ne marchait pas dans la piscine intérieure......

Chambre très agréable. Literie confortable. Terrasse très bien. Piscines extérieures bien aussi. La mer à proximité. Piscine intérieure un peu plus contraignante. Bonnet de bain obligatoire et short de bain interdit. Restaurant très chers avec un menu à 40€. Dommage.

Les 2 points pour le restaurant petit déjeuner compris. Le site est en état de très grande décrépitude plafonds murs intérieurs la baignoire très sale ? Ou très vétuste ? L extérieur est calamiteux il manque un battant au portail extérieur de l hôtel ! So chic !les murs sont tous fissurés le crépi en lambeaux. Les installations thalasso dégoûtantes les murs menant au sauna et hammam tombent en ruine la rampe d accès au bassin noir de ????. Dans les bassins on compte les rares buses très cher lamentable un conseil fuyez cet établissement

Un établissement qui semble à l'abandon... peinture en décrépitude... Piscine extérieure pas ouverte fin mai 😞avec une température extérieure de 30 degrés. Beaucoup de personnel qui brasse du vent. Les massages sont effectués par des machines et quand on vous annonce 30 minutes de massage par une personne c'est 15 minutes de palpage et 15 minutes de relaxation seul allongé sur la table...décevant. Le restaurant tire son épingle du jeu c'est assez bon ...mais pas trop de choix... toujours le même menu si vous êtes en demi pension.

Si burlano anche dei clienti, pensando di avere il coltello dalla parte del manico! Nella mia recensione del Agosto 2020 si sono permessi di aggiungere che se avessi stipulato un'assicurazione per la cancellazione del viaggio non avrei avuto problemi! Ebbene carissimi dello Staff Thalacap Camargue oltre ad essere maleducati e burlarvi dei clienti e dei loro imprevisti, non sapete neanche che su BOOKING Non si puo stipulare nessuna assicurazione per l'annullamento del viaggio. Sarebbe bastata un po' di cortesia nei confronti dei cliente, cosa di cui non siete affatto dotati, per venire incontro alla mia situazione, ma a voi non interessa nulla della soddisfazione del cliente e ogni recensione lo dimostra !

Il suffirait d un coup de fraîcheur à l’établissement (façades, portes abîmées, ascenseur) et quelques aménagements dans la salle de bain (manque porte serviettes) manque d argent ou de volonté ? Côté personnel accueil sympathique, au niveau des soins tout était parfait soins de qualité et personnel très professionnel ce qui sauve le reste Côté repas cuisine convenable mais chère.

Très bonne expérience et très agréable séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La literie est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est très varié et excellent. Le restaurant est raffiné comme la restauration. Quant aux soins, c'est extrêmement relaxant et agréable. J'ai eu Mélanie pour le massage Lomi Lomi, effectué sur tout le corps, quelles mains de fer dans un gant de velours. J'ai eu Julie pour le massage Akwaterra, effectué à l'aide de coupelles remplies d'eau chaude. c'est très relaxant. Merci à Julie pour sa douceur. J'ai eu Dany pour le massage Pijat Képala, effectué avec ses mains sur le haut du corps, les épaules, la nuque et la tête. Julie est une pianiste, ses doigts sont doux et délicats comme une mélodie et fermes et tendres comme une symphonie de Brahms. J'ai eu Faustine pour 2 soins, le massage du dos sous aspersion et le massage énergétique plantaire. Les 2 sont très agréables, l'un tonique et l'autre plus doux. Un très grand merci pour votre gentillesse, votre douceur et votre professionnalisme. Patrick
