Pictures 1 and 2 show the hotel's view, which is absolutely stunning. Pictures 3 and 4 feature the lucky cats at the hotel – so cute and relaxing! The hotel is located in the mountains in northern Saipan, so transportation isn't the most convenient. However, the owner offers daily round-trip transfers to and from the city center at noon and in the evening, so meals are never an issue. If you need a ride at other times, just let the owner know, and they'll usually accommodate you if their schedule permits. For activities, tour operators will pick you up directly, and booking through the owner often gets you a better deal than with other local agencies! Our room type was very spacious, and the room itself was simple and clean. There were some bugs in the first-floor lobby, but not on the second floor, making our stay quite comfortable. Overall, this place is definitely excellent value for money!

## Service Quality: The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, offering complimentary airport transfers, city shuttles, and booking services for activities. The itinerary planning was flexible and the prices were excellent, making everything so easy and stress-free. What was truly touching was when we booked a fishing trip through him. It was pouring rain that day, and as our boat docked, the owner was there on the shore, holding an umbrella for himself and another one for us. That moment was incredibly moving. ## Location and Environment: The hotel is nestled halfway up a mountain, offering stunning views of the sea, mountains, and lush greenery from the windows. The environment is quiet and perfect for relaxation. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the shuttle service conveniently solves any transportation issues. ## Room Facilities and Hygiene: The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, equipped with amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. There's also a balcony and a terrace in the room, and the hygiene was satisfactory. ## Value for Money: The hotel prices are affordable, and the activity bookings were cheaper than other channels. Coupled with the attentive service, the overall value for money is exceptional. ## Special Services: They offer car rental services, a small kitchen, drinking water, and even water for brushing teeth. The driver even took us to see the dazzling night sky.

Chris is very helpful, took me to the airport and offered shuttles to the city and hotel. Location is cool with a nice view, but I suggest having a car because it’s not so close from the central area

The view from the room was amazing, and it has a nice balcony where you can dry your clothes and swimsuits. Also, the staff was very friendly, and you can do laundry onsite. The location was a bit far from downtown (Garapan), but it’s really peaceful and beautiful. There is a beach nearby, less than a 2-3 minute drive, where the waves are calm and everyone can enjoy.

I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!

The room was very clean, and the owner, Chris, was incredibly nice. He offered free airport pick-up and drop-off, even for late-night/early-morning flights. The day trips he helped us book were all great value, and he even passed on any discounts he got. On clear nights, he'd take us to Suicide Cliff for stargazing, and the stars were absolutely breathtaking. We originally planned to rent a car for our whole trip, but Chris drove us to and from the city every day, so there was no need! We just rented a car for the last day to drive around the island, which saved us thousands of yuan! Honestly, choosing this place was the right decision!

Highly recommend! The hotel facilities are comprehensive and very clean. The owner is super nice and booking tours here is significantly cheaper than with other local agencies. The owner helps arrange everything and even provides pick-up and drop-off services for excursions.

The room was tastefully designed, looked better in person than in pictures. Naturally, I got very excited when I stepped in the room. Better yet, the view outside the window was spectacular, looking down over the mountain and over the beach that seemed to spread endlessly to both sides. The beach was right across the big street once you go down the hill, and very clean. I saw a number of local people having a picnic and swimming there. No tourists. It's a little further up north of the Island, but a bit of distance was worth it - about 20 min from the airport.

This is an amazing place to stay. It is on the northern side of the island, so it's very quiet. The view from the room is fantastic and the bed is very comfortable. It's an excellent hotel and I cannot wait to stay again.

The towels were changed daily, and the hotel was very clean. The owner was lovely, and the views were definitely among the best in the area. Just be aware that the hotel is located in the suburbs, so it's best suited for those traveling by car. It's a very peaceful and secluded environment.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We stayed for three nights, and the balcony offered a stunning view, just like in the first picture. Full marks to Mr. He! His recommendations for activities and photo spots were amazing!! Our three-day experience of diving, fishing, stargazing, and road trips was fantastic. He provided airport pick-up and drop-off, and daily lunch and evening pick-ups and drop-offs from the city center, which was very convenient. The restaurants he recommended were also top-notch!! Booking activities through the hotel was cheaper than booking outside, and they even had someone pick us up and drop us off. This trip was very pleasant, and I highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful scenery; you can see the ocean and skyline when you wake up in the morning. The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as transportation to the city for meals and sightseeing. There are plenty of restaurants in the city, including Japanese, Korean, and American cuisine. Bubble Beach, which is quite close to the hotel, has crystal-clear water and is definitely worth a visit.
