The lady at the front desk was very nice but, the language barrier was difficult. The place was decent, she cleaned everyday. The price was a little too much for this place though. The location was great, right next door to a restaurant and a store.

I'm very disappointed bec the pictures that shows in the website are not exactly how it looks likes in the actual place. The room charge is not worthy for the hotels that are very old and there is no place in the hotel for the customer to relax or enjoy. The frontdesk office are messy, the only thing I like is accessible to restaurants, I won't recommend this hotel.

It's a Chinese hotel. It feels like an apartment. It's close to the sea and in the middle of Garapan, so shopping and eating are not a problem, but there are few stores open. I don't think it's suitable for families or couples.

After the entire trip, I had the worst experience at this hotel. It can be said that it seriously affected my mood. The facilities of this hotel make people feel like they are back in the 1980s. The door locks require keys, and the toilet, sink, and shower are all rusty. The toilet paper is very rough, and it looks like the cheapest kind at first glance. I don’t know if the inside of the tooth cup is discolored or has traces of toothpaste left by previous generations. It may have never been changed or cleaned. The quilt feels very damp when it is covered. It's hard to say whether to replace it or not. I can't believe this is a hotel in 2023. I have traveled to so many places and have never seen anything so outrageous. It's absolutely terrible. Don't choose this one, I guarantee you will regret it. I don’t know how this store’s score was increased.

It's worth the price in the city center. The lady at the front desk is very nice.

예약했던 방에 문제가 있어서 다른 방 2개를 주셔서 잘 머물다왔습니다. 사이트에 안내 된 주소는 다른 곳이라서 당황했다. 다행히 숙소 사진을 보고 현지인의 도움을 받아 찾아갈 수 있었다. 딱히 숙소를 추천하고 싶지는 않아요. 그래도 가실 분들을 위해 위치 사진 올려요.

老闆是中國人，非常熱情好客，感覺像住在自己家一樣。酒店房間很寬敞，床也很大，三口人睡非常舒適。酒店緊臨皇冠假日，去海灘玩特別方便，皇冠假日的泳池也是開放的，走過去3分鐘，住在夏威夷價格經濟很多，性價比滿分！塞班島非常美，不虛此行！下次還要住夏威夷酒店～
