The room was clean and all the hotel staff were very kind, even for Japanese guests who don't speak English! If you're in Saipan, it's centrally located and I highly recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Saipan!!

Im disaappointed with our room because its so hot, as the aircon is not getting cold and we left some of our things in the room but when calling them the next day the things was already missing - i hope that they will have a better customer service next time. But the owner i think who escort us to back to our car is so accomodating i just hope there is a better customer service in the future. Thank you.

All good for a short trip to Saipan. It’s very silent and in the middle of the Garapan streets. Close to „Crown Plaza“. Room is basic but you have Everything you need. Staff is caring well, parking facilities are for free (great) and for sleeping is fine and enough. Don’t expect too much if it’s about the facilities (eg terrace) …

perfect location, right on the best beach (pictures from the beach nearby attached)! very clean, well furnished.. beautiful people working there! free parking just in front of the hotel, many good restaurants around.. really I can recommend this place (for the many the best option)

Good value for money hotel located just off crowne plaza for about US$100 per night

Good service good breakfast

Cleanliness: Fairly average, but there were a few stains on the pillow. Location: About a 17-minute drive from the airport (free pick-up available). Located on a main road within walking distance, it's easy to reach convenience stores, supermarkets, museums, and the beach. Service: All the staff were very friendly. However, when I made an additional taxi reservation, I was told it would cost $40. While I thought that was expensive, when I went to pay, I found out that the reservation itself hadn't been communicated to them and they had to rebook it for $25, which left me feeling a little unsure. Furthermore, the time for my return airport transfer was incorrect, so I had to confirm it multiple times, which was a hassle. Amenities: Toothbrushes, hand soap, etc. were provided (the hand soap pump was broken), and a hair dryer was also available. The shower water was lukewarm, almost cold.

The staff were friendly, but they initially gave me a twin room different from what I had booked. I requested a change, but it had no view and the window didn't open, making me feel very stuffy and trapped... There was no elevator. The shower filter was less contaminated than at other resorts. It was a shockingly closed room with no view... Luckily, I changed my stay to one night only.

The room was good overall. The staff was also very friendly, and when I asked about the tour, they connected me so I could have a good time. They were all friendly overall, but I was especially grateful to Meldy, who helped me in every way. In particular, the check-in time on the first day was 12:30, but I was really grateful that they let me in right away!!! It is convenient for activities because it is Garapan, and they usually drop me off first after activities. It is convenient to walk to shopping and there are many restaurants nearby. I could go to Micro Beach through the lobby of the Crown Hotel, and the sunset was also good. The price is reasonable, but the view is a neighborhood view. Since I stayed for a long time, I was assigned to the room with the best view, but if not, it would have been a view of the wall of the building next door. It seems that the soundproofing is not good either. I was surprised because the coughing sound from the next room was so close. I recommend bringing a shower filter to the accommodation. The filter did not change much, but I definitely noticed that it had turned brown after 5 days of use. I definitely recommend bringing one if you are sensitive to water.

The price is affordable, the room is spacious and clean, and the location is fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is my second stay here. They can check in even on late-night flights.

The facilities and service were really good!!! The service was friendly and the location was secretly good The construction was happening right around our timeㅠ Other than that It was a perfect trip. I think I'll use it again next time^&
