Crowne Plaza RESORT SAIPAN by IHG

I've stayed at this hotel many times, from its days as Dai-ichi Hotel to Fiesta, but this trip was the best. There was only one glass in the room, so I messaged the hotel through the TV, and they responded immediately. And in Japanese! Also, a housekeeper came to my room in the evening and asked if I needed anything, which was a nice touch. The linens, water, and small considerations were all excellent. The surrounding area has declined quite a bit compared to before, but the hotel itself is like another world. It was great.

The room offered a beautiful sea view and was very clean. We were lucky enough to see rainbows three times during our 8-night stay, and one was even a double rainbow – a first for me! A special thanks to James, the kayak attendant. My daughter injured her leg on the shallows, and I needed to borrow a kayak to get her. It was my first time using one, and James was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in teaching me. The front desk staff were also excellent, with seamless communication in both English and Chinese!

The hotel is right on the beach, and it also has two exclusive swimming pools, one large and one small. This must be the best hotel in Saipan. The rooms are cleaned and linens changed daily. The buffet downstairs isn't too expensive and the food is pretty good, and all the pizzas at the coffee shop are delicious. I stayed for five days and had pizza twice. There's also a gym and a kids' play area on the first floor. Each room has a small balcony with an ocean view, making the overall stay very comfortable.

Probably the best hotel in Saipan.

The stay was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, making dining and getting around very easy. The room was clean and tidy, with good facilities, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept very well at night. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Low water pressure and the tap water, which made me feel unclean even after showering, were a constant source of discomfort throughout my stay.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! Its central location in Saipan makes it super convenient to get everywhere. The hotel boasts its own private white sand beach, a kids' playground, and even a live show. The food selection is quite good too. The ocean view from the balcony, especially at sunset, is breathtaking! Extremely satisfied!

The hotel's facilities are great, and the view is also beautiful. However, the front desk service was just average. Sometimes they were inflexible and slow in resolving issues.
