Palace Hotel Omiya Reviews

It's just a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station, entirely accessible via a pedestrian bridge. What a pleasant surprise to find there's even a direct connection to Sonic City Hall for concerts! During check-in, I was delighted to meet a Chinese-speaking staff member. The room was immaculately clean, and the view from the window was fantastic! The 12 PM check-out time was incredibly convenient for us late-risers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely be back next year!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a great ambiance, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. While the room was a little on the small side, it was very well-appointed and comfortable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Perfect!

Fantastic! The room was cleaned promptly, and the cleaning staff were very thoughtful. The location offers extremely convenient transportation. I stayed here for a concert and was completely satisfied. If I have another event, I'd definitely choose this place again!

The price was resonable it is very good hotel and good price

The room is biggest i’ve had during my trip this time it’s a little bit of a walking distance from the station but easily access. Love it.

This hotel is close to the Omiya JR as well as the shopping mall. You may consider this hotel if you’re going to Spa Herbs for onsen because the shuttle bus station is located right in front of the entrance of the hotel. Overall this hotel is a satisfactory one.

Hotel is near to omiya station, with convenient stores nearby. But need to avoid of choosing smoking-friendly room if you are non-smoker.

The hotel is very close to Omiya Station. You can walk directly from the station exit via a pedestrian bridge, with no need to go downstairs. The rooms are also more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, and the breakfast spread is excellent.

Have stayed more many times.. always one of my preferred choice when staying around Omiya.. walking distance to Omiya station, super convenient for food and groceries.. Sogo, Big Camera is around the corner too.. there is also Limousine Bus service right opposite of the hotel, but sadly, after COVID, the service is only to Haneda airport.. no more to Narita.. hope the later would be back soon!

Conveniently located near train station. Decent breakfast. Wouldn’t mind staying again!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and well run; near Omiya station

The hotel's location near Omiya Station is excellent, offering great convenience for travel. However, the breakfast was quite mediocre. After staying for just two days, I found myself not wanting to eat it anymore. Hopefully, they can make some improvements.

Great location next to Omiya train station. Clean and near to food places.

Close to Omiya station ( West entrance/exist), there are many place to eat and malls such as Sogo. There is a Limousine bus service to Haneda airport I from of Sogo.
