Our family of three had a comfortable stay in a spacious room. The location is wonderful, with a view of the ocean right in front of you and the morning sun rising! When the weather is nice, it's a great place to take a morning walk.

This time, I stayed at Area One Sakaiminato Marina, on the third night of a four-day, three-night stay during Golden Week last year. When I explained the experience to my wife, she was very happy, so I arranged for us to stay at this hotel again this Golden Week, and she was very happy too. Not only was the view from the window of our room amazing, but the breakfast was delicious, served as a buffet. There was an incredible amount of side dishes to choose from, so we could eat sashimi from the morning. You could also have a seafood bowl. Both my wife and I had seconds twice. My wife was happy and said she'd like to stay again if the timing was right, so we'll consider it next year. 🙇

The sea view hotel is clean and the customer service is very kind. The only convenience is to have a car. It is very close to the fish market.

The hotel is very dilapidated, not recommended to stay The only selling point is the large free parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving tourists.

Although it was a single room, it had two beds and was very comfortable. It was also good that the slippers for indoor use were not made of paper and were like household ones.

When I inquired if there was a microwave oven before my stay, I got a reply that I couldn't answer because I was busy. Wi-Fi did not work during my stay, and even when I inquired, there was no improvement at all, and I was disappointed by the poor response. The amenities were devised, but I was stunned by the lack of motivation of the employees. I was troubled by the cleaning, the garbage remaining, and the bird droppings outside the window. But it was great that the parking lot was free.

The room was inspired by the sea, it was spacious, comfortable and clean, and it was great!

Old hotel but good location

境港市、出雲大社への旅行中1泊させて頂きました。素泊まりでしたが割と近い所に海鮮の美味しいお店もあり、また大きいドラッグストアもあり大変便利でした。翌朝の朝食は、ビッフェでしたが大変美味しく頂きました。5階の会場から見る朝日て景色は最高でした。嫁ともども大変満足しました。

Yonago Kitaro Airport is just a few minutes away by car. It was snowing heavily the day we stayed. After checking out, I was planning to move to Izumo and return home from Izumo on an evening flight, but the departure flight from Izumo Airport was cancelled. So I decided to cancel my plans and go home. I considered traveling to Okayama by JR and transferring to the Sanyo Shinkansen, but since the conventional lines were also expected to be suspended, I was able to buy a ticket from Yonago Kitaro Airport in a hurry and move. The room was quite cold and even with the air conditioner on, I wore thick clothes for a while. It seems that the windows were not very well placed. I don't like public transportation.

At first, I looked for a Route Inn Hotel in Sakaiminato, but it was in Matsue, so I had no choice but to stay at a cheap hotel of the business hotel class. I was right to book this hotel because it was close to Sakaiminato to explore the port area early in the morning. For dinner, I walked from the hotel to a set meal restaurant recommended by the hotel, where I had sashimi, seafood bowls, beer, and sake. For breakfast, I ate leisurely at the observation restaurant from 6:30. My wife was also satisfied with the meal.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel is comfortable for the price. It's a little far from the station, but if you have a car, there is a parking lot so it's easy to use. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to go to Sakaiminato.

I used it for business. It faces the national highway and is easy to understand, and the parking lot is free and quite large, and large vehicles can be parked. Although it is a building, it has a strange shape and the corridor on each floor is in a circle. Overall, it can't be said to be old and beautiful, but the staff's response is good, so it may be saved. The bathtub is dark brown, so you can't see the dirt, but the unit bath itself is quite old. As for the view from the window, the sea side is better because the road side is the sea side. Breakfast is a venue with a reasonable size on the 5th floor, and it can be said that it is enough because there are plenty of things to eat.
