Tsukino Hotel

3回目の利用となります、綺麗で快適に過ごせます。 ベッドも寝心地が良く、また利用します。

I usually stay at a business hotel in Sakata, but this time there was an ANA campaign and the price was cheaper than usual, so I stopped by. The building is new, having opened two years ago, and the location is close to Sakata Station, just across the pedestrian crossing. What surprised me the most was that despite being in a provincial city, the quality of breakfast was excellent, and it was comparable to luxury hotels in Tokyo. I never thought I would be able to eat a freshly baked omelet. However, the difficulty was that the front desk was not used to it, so it was a little slow to check in. I would like to stay again in Sakata.

I think that the correspondence of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, the geographical conditions, etc. are good, but there are too many failures in the basic plan as a hotel, such as the trea**ent of the beds and the trea**ent of the windows in the room. (It's not a staff problem) In addition, I think the breakfast is relatively delicious, but I think it's a shame that there is no porridge.

This is the hotel I used when I went to Sakata, which was a good deal with ANA's Tokutabi Mile. It is also a selection point that there was a transfer from the airport to the hotel. However, a large number of customers without reservations got into the car for this transfer, so it was not a comfortable transfer. Although it is a hotel service, I think that information should be transmitted firmly. The hotel is in front of the station, so it is recommended to use it by train. There is a library on the first floor and I think it would be meaningful to kill time here. The lobby floor is stylish and relaxing. Correspondence of front desk is normal. The room was on the 8th floor with a nice view. You can see the station from your room. The table is wide and easy to work in, and the windows are large and open. The ramen shop I was looking for was closed, so I bought it at a nearby supermarket, but it's okay to spread out a lot of products. It may be because of COVID-19 that it was a good value for a cool hotel, but it is a hotel I would like to use next time.

The station and bus terminal are nearby, so I traveled to Sakata using public transportation, but it was very convenient. Breakfast was very good. I went to Le Potthou for dinner, but since it was a cold day, I could move around without going outside, and of course the food and serving were great. I used a single room, but the a**osphere was calm and the view from the room was great. One disappointing thing was that there was no staff to support newcomers at the front desk, and the response was not good.

Anyway, Wi-Fi is thin and slow and stressful. It's clean, the location is good, and the equipment in the room is great, so please improve the Wi-Fi.

酒田駅併設にある新しいホテルです。官民連携で開発した街区内にあるホテルで、ホテル以外にもショッピングモール、レストラン、図書館、観光案内所なども同じ敷地にありました。便利でした。 部屋は適度に広く清潔で快適でした。ロビーの方にも丁寧に接客頂きました。すごかったのはレストラン「月のみち」での朝食でした。質、量ともに素晴らしい朝食で、酒田や山形のローカルグルメを惜しみなく提供されてました。 酒田に宿泊する時はこちらのホテルとその朝食がお勧めです。
