The hotel is a four-star hotel, but it has nothing to do with what a traditional four-star hotel is. The furniture is scarce and very basic, there is no wardrobe, nor curtains, just some wooden overhead windows, if you don't want to be seen you don't have natural light either. Seeing the price and description of the hotel, it is what was expected. The problem is that the technology they sell does not work either, beyond mobile check-in and QR locks, and customer service is non-existent. The first night we noticed that the inside door latch didn't work. I wrote an email (there is no reception) and they told me that the next day they would come to maintenance to check it out. They never fixed it. Furthermore, the thermostat did not work either, when we arrived it was 23 degrees, as it is too much for sleeping, I lowered it to 19. After more than 24 hours we were still at 23 degrees, so we decided to turn it off and open the window. The SmartTV doesn't work well either, after half a dozen attempts I managed to pair my phone, but the connection was so bad that the image constantly froze. I wrote to them again to see what was happening with the latch and tell them about the rest of the things, they never responded. The overall experience was bad and the customer service was terrible. Nothing mx
