1. The room has not so much fresh air.
No air conditioner in June anyway...
It's hot at night time..
The room a little smell no good.

Stay at this hotel every week for work & will be staying here for the next few months whilst working in Sale! Rooms are comfortable & clean, but what makes it a pleasant stay is the staff! Always welcoming & will do owt for you, especially Allison & Sara!

Both myself and my mum had the absolutely best time at the restaurant here at the premier inn. I would really like to give a special mention to Simon, who looked after us especially well throughout the evening. It made the entire experience so lovely, and we will most definetly be staying again! Thank you Simon

I stayed here for two weeks and had a really positive experience. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in over the past few years, this is the first one where I’ve genuinely felt safe and comfortable. The reception staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always acknowledging me when I came in or left for the day, which made a real difference during a long stay away from home. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place to stay.

Had an amazing stay there was amazing staff kind and generous when we needed help from needing an extra key to needing a whole spare bed making up they were great! great parking just outside the hotel and restraint which had amazing breakfast clean room and comfy beds

Excellent service and standards as ever, supremely comfy bed, great night's sleep. Hight shift staff was excellent, friendly and very professional, gave great impression of the company. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was first rate, staff attentive and friendly without going over the top, very efficient. Stayed here a number of times, and for good reason!

Excellent stay as usual, have stayed at this hotel many times and always found it to be good. On arrival the reception staff, Alison and Ricardo were brilliant as normal, always very professional, but also friendly, Erroll on nights is the same, a great team. Room was extremely clean, can't ask for more at the price. Had breakfast in the restaurant, really good

Absolutely worst customer service ever ! I’ve stayed in so many premier inns but this was the worst! We stayed and paid for the meal deal as there were around 15 of us! but as only one man serving the bar and bringing food out , everything was delayed. We didn’t get our drinks with our meal and he was clearly very stressed. We were then told they had overbooked the breakfasts and so we couldn’t book in for our breakfast. They agreed to refund us all for the breakfast but then took payment twice with no one available to sort it leaving my sister £240 down in her account ! I wouldn’t mind if their attitude was better but staff swore about how bad things were and the poor barman looked ready to quit . No apology or effort to make things better ! Just awful
